    Our lamps are handcrafted resin art pieces — not factory-made decor sitting on a shelf ready to ship. Because each piece is made with care and many designs are in high demand, some variants may have a production queue.

    When does my order ship?

    Your order begins production after purchase and ships once curing, assembly, quality checks, and packaging are fully completed. Timing can vary depending on the design, current demand, production complexity, and active order queue.

    Can I return my order?

    We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, buyer’s remorse, dislike of natural handmade variations, or production delays that remain within the stated timeframe, unless required under applicable consumer law.

    Returns or replacements may be approved if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if required by applicable law.

    Orders with a purchased 30-Day Money Back Guarantee may be eligible for a refund according to the guarantee terms.

    If Shipping Protection is purchased and the item arrives damaged during transit, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to the customer.
